earleygallery Posted June 29, 2006 Share #1 Posted June 29, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi Well I gave up with the old ID as I couldn't log in even though Andreas thought it had been fixed, so I've created a new account and new e mail account. This is really to see if it is all working ok now. I'm also in the process of creating a website so thought I'd 're-brand' under one name (only so I'll be able to remember my ID!). So guys, how are you liking the new site? I must admit on first glance I preferred the understated look of the old site, and where's the Leica icon gone? There are some obvious improvements here like showing the name of the person who started a thread or posted a photo, and it will be fun looking at the German side of the forum. Just got to get more familiar with it I guess. Glad I made it in the end! Regards

ed_oneal Posted June 29, 2006 Share #2 Posted June 29, 2006 Welcome to this side. You'll get used to it. It took me a couple of hours to figure out everything. Now, I think it's great. Ed
lambroving Posted June 29, 2006 Share #3 Posted June 29, 2006 James, Welcome and time to post your London meeting suggestion in the new category. earleygallery Posted June 30, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted June 30, 2006 Hi William, Yes thanks for the reminder on both points! I have been meaning to set a date but it's been a busy period for me. I've decided on a venue however! I'd like to join your gathering at the Grenadier - see you there. Cheers James
