I'm using Aperture2 on my MacBook and have recently noticed that once I've reduced the size of the JPEG for posting, the colors go haywire. How do they appear? I think the color problem is that the picture's color space is still in Adobe RGB (even though it's not explicitly stated in EXIF). When I import it into Photoshop and assign sRGB, it appears as it does in Internet Explorer. When I assign Adobe RGB colorspace, there are no color changes, and the colors look more brilliant. Try converting the picture to sRGB colorspace before saving the jpg for posting. I'm not familiar with Aperture, so I can't advise you how to do that exactly.
