gyoung Posted March 28, 2008 Share #23 Posted March 28, 2008 Well, I didn't REALLY need the battery in this MP (M-Perfection), but I would still miss having the lightmeter. Well, we have wind up radios and torches, how about persuading Tom Abrahamson to adapt the winder to produce enough current to operate the meter? My III has a little Leica supplied card tucked in the case with exposure tables on it, how about an official L Camera Forum card with sunny 16 on it? Good publicity? Just practicing for April 1st, Gerry

frc Posted March 29, 2008 Share #25 Posted March 29, 2008 Better leave it uncocked. I use a small bag too and have suffered batery drain more than often when the release got pressed for longer period.
