Â Jaap, Â How do you import the files from the card? If you use Lightroom or CS3 there is a facility for automatically adding information to the Metadata. I imagine ther is with some other "import" programmes You can also do it to files that are already in the computer via CS3 Bridge. You can create a template via the Metadata panel in Bridge - click the little triangle and follow "create a template". Select all the files you want it to apply to and use "append Metadata". It will add the information in your template to the existing Metadata. Don't use "Replace Metadata" unless you want to wipe all other information!
