goodbokeh Posted March 8, 2008 Share #4 Â Posted March 8, 2008 Yes, I really enjoy my Digilux 3. It is the first digital camera that I can say made me comfortable with moving away from film as my primary photo medium. If you have not done so, be sure to download firmware version 2.0 off of the Leica website.

lasva013 Posted March 8, 2008 Author Share #6 Â Posted March 8, 2008 Thank you all for the response. I indeed downloaded the new firmware and installed it. Something about myself: from the beginning I'm photographing digital after years of analoge. From amateur to pro equipment. Last outfit was a Canon 1D series. Circumstances made me force, however, to switch to a more "compact" design. I'm still a "serious"amateur. Post-processing on an iMac and mainly with Photoshop CS3. Printing on an Epson 2400. I really like the whole combo. Again: thanks very much for the response and have good luck. Regards, Frits
