Learner Posted February 25, 2008 Share #1 Posted February 25, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello: I find the LCD screen of my Difgilux 3 to be dull and lacklustre in Live View. It performs well on playback. I was even more disappointed when I compared the Digilux 3 LCD to that of a Leica C-Lux 2 which is vivid for both composition and playback. I have used the Menu setting to boost the brightness of the Digilux screen with little effect. Is the dullness the nature of the beast,or is there something I can do to increase brightness? dugby Posted February 25, 2008 Share #2 Posted February 25, 2008 In LiveView...... have you set the viewing option...either "High View" or "Low View"......? When either of these are selected, viewing LiveView straight-on results in the symptoms you have described. I suggest you check the menu settings for LiveView.
