My copy of the USA Leica Historical Society Quarterly arrived yesterday. Interesting piece on the Viso 1 modified with a swing front standard.

But what is really intersting is a R12 D is attached to the back of it. TWELVE is not a typo. What happened to 10 and 11?

Supposedly there will be some announcements at Photokina about FF and 24 new lenses.

24 is not a typo either. My guess they are autofocus R lenses and maybe some for the Panasonic/Leica reflex whatever it is called. Can`t keep up anymore.

Am I missing something? Why would you put a visoflex on the front of any camera, which is already a reflex, even in the unlikely event it would fit?

To the back of what is the R12 attached?

Can you post a scan?

Sorry. Should have said bellows one, not viso one. The camera has a front similar to the Nikon Canon fronts with a large clear vertical flat area under the pentaprism. Totally different than anything Leica has made.

No I won`t post it as LHS has a copywrite on their publication.
