PedroSimao Posted February 7, 2008 Share #103 Posted February 7, 2008 Count me in, if I'm allowed to. my camera is a Panasonic Lumix L1, with the superb Vario-Elmarit D 14-50. If the camera is allowed (I do think so, since it's similar to the Digilux 3), I'll do my best!
stunsworth Posted February 7, 2008 Share #104 Posted February 7, 2008 The lens has Leica written on it doesn't it? <grin>

spylaw4 Posted February 8, 2008 Share #108 Posted February 8, 2008 I wonder if our dissenter has bothered to look at the DPS website to see what they actually do for disabled photographers?
MPerson Posted February 8, 2008 Share #109 Posted February 8, 2008 Count me for a photo and a donation. Bill do you know if the DPS use JustGiving? I fear not as I can't find them searching: JustGiving They automatically claim the Gift Aid, would make donating easy and we could all see how we are doing. hlockwood Posted February 8, 2008 Share #113 Posted February 8, 2008 I would love to participate, but my M7 is not likely to be back from Solms in time. Why not do this more often? Harry
bill Posted February 8, 2008 Author Share #114 Posted February 8, 2008 Harry, it's the first time we've done it! There is nothing to say that we cannot do it again - maybe every four years There are other ways to participate - the annual One Challenge, for instance, or the Barnack Challenge for LTM users. There is nothing to stop you setting up something yourself - All I did to start the ball rolling on this was to start this thread... farnz Posted February 8, 2008 Share #119 Posted February 8, 2008 Yes, I agree, Bill, excellent. I also pledge £50 to the DPS and, if you don't mind, I'd like to give it to you in person on Sunday to settle things down. It's not my intention to make you the target for everybody's donations though. Please PM me if you wish to discuss offline. Pete.
