analog-photo Posted January 26, 2008 Share #1 Posted January 26, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) In the current issue of "aperture" (# 189. If you are interested in serious photography and don't want the cameratesting parts or point-and-shoot-for-beginners, this magazine is highly recommended. Although as a subscriber in Europe you have to wait for 4-6 weeks to receive the latest issue) there are two full page ad's for film; Fujichrome Provia and Kodak Portra. I've been a subscriber for more than 10 years and it's a long time since I saw any commercial efforts promoting "analogue photography". Maybe they have read the M8-forum here? roguewave Posted January 26, 2008 Share #3 Posted January 26, 2008 For those in NYC or people coming for a visit, this galery space in Chelsea is always filled with provacative, interesting work. Companion it with the Leica gallery on Broadway for time well spent. Both have very nice & informative owners/staff. Aperature Gallery is in a building filled with many mixed media galleries of various sizes helping to make this a compelling venue.
