USHELDON Posted January 23, 2008 Share #1 Posted January 23, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) V-lux 1 Macro I managed to snap a pic of this Foam Nest tree frog sitting on a door. Frogs have the most intricate eyes, yet we seldom get to see them due to their nocturnal behaviour. Enjoy. Sheldon

michali Posted January 24, 2008 Share #4 Posted January 24, 2008 Sheldon- Amazing! I notice the reflection of the tree in the right part of the frog's eye. Well done, esp. considering this frog is about the size of your thumb! MIKE
psquared Posted January 24, 2008 Share #5 Posted January 24, 2008 Sheldon, Excellent details of the eye and the reflection. How did you get so close? Peter
USHELDON Posted January 24, 2008 Author Share #6 Posted January 24, 2008 Thanks for the feedback Stuart, Martin, Mike, and Peter. I'm very impressed with the macro capabilities of the V-lux. As mike pointed out this little frog is no bigger than my thumb. Frogs go into a state of torpor or dormancy during the day, to conserve energy. Thanks again guys.
