The hour hand seems more blurred, despite focus was on it. Minute hans seems sharper, but its part are either closer or more distant to the lens. Thanks for any guesses to explain.

Hi Fernando , in my opinion the hand moved at the time of exposure.

Clock hands can do this depending on the mechanism used.

Minute hands once per minute or twice like my Atmos, hour hands can also vibrate.

Hands are raised from the dial. Hour hand shadow runs along its length so it is less delineated than the other. The metalwork isnt flat, and might even be fluted so there is a second shadow effect to consider. If you are worried about in out of focus assess the numerals which are flat on the dial face not lifted away from it.

it is a 100% unsharped crop at 900 dpi optical. The surprising fact is that the numerals closer and more distant too are sharper.
