There was something mystical seeing this thunderbolt standing in a quite hall of a museum. RE + 4.0/35-70 + Provia100 Thanks for looking Marcus

robert_parker Posted January 20, 2008 Share #2 Posted January 20, 2008 Marcus That indeed does bring back memories - I well remember a similar experience seeing Bluebird for the first time and also Derek Bell's Gulf Porsche Super angle and use of reflection - excellent lighting

rob_x2004 Posted January 21, 2008 Share #7 Posted January 21, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) And the provia looks good in sudued light too. Not sure about the highlights though. Depth of field works well. Better than the f/1-2 a lot of people throw out to in this situation.
macos Posted January 22, 2008 Author Share #8 Posted January 22, 2008 Thank you for your comments. They are always appreciated. Rob, yes, Provia is much more foregiving in the shadows than Velvia and pretty easy to scan. The highlights are somehow intentional, I liked them a bit blown out. Thanks again Marcus
