This post is not meant to brag, but to showcase the fantastic products Leica has developed over the past decades and to highlight their beauty. I am very grateful for these latest acquisitions, each one crafted with the unique and renowned Leica quality. I look forward to next year and hope for further achievements. At this point, I wish you all a Merry Christmas in advance, dear friends. (Filmspiel) Welcome, dear visitor! Thanks ! the ASPHERICAL is my new magic lens. It really renders so nice and the look is nearly Like a 35mm 0.95 noctilux as Kevin fickling also says in one of his Videos. If you have the chance to try one, you really should. the asph version pre fle is quiet nice , but more on the soft side wide open. and the fle is my to Go Lens since yeas because of size, handling and Performance. hope that helps

I was tempted to add back a long gone 11883, but it’s more for nostalgic reasons than anything special. The FLE has always performed beautifully. But in Aspherical v ASPH I have always been curious what different characteristics, owners of both lenses saw. Unfortunately the aspherical is well beyond my single lens maximum and I’m comfortable with that, but still curious. Thank you, enjoy them, everyone should have a “magic” lens… or many😉 Edited 9 hours ago by Eoin
