I bought an M8 from KEH that was rated EX+ and a 21mm f/4 voigtlander lens.

The camera didn't have a mark on it...like it was a time capsule...it only had 767 actuations on it!

This is my first tries with this system...I love love love it....it's the closest thing to my old (now gone) beloved M6 and shooting film.

If you have any pointers  I welcome them.

The M8 is probably the worst performing digital camera I've ever used and without doubt, my absolute favourite. Congratulations on a fantastic choice

Try some I/R, the sensor is quite receptive.

Which means, don't forget you B+W 486 filter for colour. I may be mistaken but the grass under the Flamingo looks a bit yellowish.
