I don't understand what you are asking?
Why should they not be for sale now?
There is no Leica Store in Russland so it's a private person selling them?
I would be very careful buying from private person and in any case check the serial numbers to verify that everything is ok.

Maybe 🤔 check the cameras if you live in St. Petersburg? You could have a look at the cameras. If the person is serious they would give you the opportunity to check the camera. And the price would be very interesting? If it’s to low it’s fake.

Even if you buy a new camera by whatever route, it is virtually certain that there will be no guarantee, nor will Leica service them.
