Tseg Posted 13 hours ago Share #21 Posted 13 hours ago Advertisement (gone after registration) When moving to 60MP, what was the improved value proposition? Increased crop? More Dynamic Range? At 120MP: Even more cropping? With my APO lenses I can crop quite a bit, and/but double the MP and I imagine many older Leica lenses could not keep up from a cropping standpoint. So more MP could be a marketing ploy by Leica to drive greater lens upgrade. I guess the question is: what is the problem to be solved that we do not yet realize is a problem? Advertisement Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Hi Tseg, Take a look here Is 60MP going to be the standard for a few further generations? Is that what you would want?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!

In other words: excellent for a Q camera. Come to my studio and I will show you some prints.
