What’s in your M-bag?

At the moment in my small bag I have an M2 with a 28mm Summicron and finder, a Sekonic 208 meter, a Holga 120, a Sony RX100 digital, 35mm and 120 film, some filters, a cap, a lightweight waterproof jacket, two energy bars, dog bags, and before I leave home I'll put a bottle of water in the exterior pocket. There's an empty pocket big enough for the dogs leads when the beasts are let loose.

Bellroy 6L venture sling with an M11, usually a spare lens, but sometimes 2 (21, 35, 90 is my go to at the moment) the lenses that aren't in use are in optech neoprene pouches. 

It's cramped with all 3 lenses, but typically my m is out and it's just the spare lenses and accessories in the bag.

Tucked in the front pouch is a tiny godox flash, microfiber cloth, a filter or two and a spare battery. 

In the back pouch is a notebook and a pen or a charging bank.
