I pretty much told my wife that I would sell equipment to fund purchases and over the last two months I purchased a Leica 75mm APO, 21mm Super Elmar, Reissue Black Paint M6, Fuji GS645, GS645W and GF670, so need to clear out some of my remaining cameras.  Last year I did this, but in the digital domain.  I’m having a problem with finding someone selling a LN-  Mint+ Black Paint M6TTL 0.58.  This is my first time selling my film cameras and this one has me stumped.

Yes, eBay, valuations aren't allowed on the forum for good reason. You could also Google 'Leica M6 TTL .58' and click on 'Shopping' to find one but remember what people ask for isn't always what they get.

Do any of the US dealers  sell on a commission basis? I have sold this way in UK and it has returned the same as a top eBay sale without the risk and agro.

Also the MPB site has a good reputation.

OK, I pulled the box with all documentation and I suffer from never having seen a black paint Leica.  This is black chrome, so should be able to find one for sale somewhere.  The lack of any sign of wear should have made me realize that it was a chrome edition.  Later today, UPS brings my new M6 reissue in black paint, so I should not mistake chrome for paint again.   I agonized over MP vs M6, but I don’t like the chrome on the MP’s shutter release and don’t like the look of the back.  I wish that the M6 didn’t have the red Leica steal me badge on the front, but insurance should cover that possibility.  Thanks for all the suggestions…
