Anyone using EVOTO AI?  I downloaded the app, paid for 800 credits and the sliders stopped working after one use.  I contacted customer support via a chat, and that did not resolve the issue.  I was told to send an email for the experts to respond and they did asking for more information.  After that, I tried again using the software and I got an  "ERROR" message and it wouldn't open.  I contacted EVOTO via email and no response.  Needless to say their customer service is extremely poor.  Any thoughts?  When it worked the first time I was amazed by the possibilities but now I get nothing.

Depending on the purchased version package, there is a limitation on the number of devices you can install but assuming that's not the issue perhaps login to your EVOTO account and download fresh version of the software without making any preference adjustments or modifications to the software. I'm running  version 5.1.0-438 but I believe that could be a beta version. I've experienced no issues with the iPad Pro M4 running IOS 26 Beta version #3 or Apple Studio M1 systems (Sequoia 15.5) running the software. When starting up the software you click on the "+" sign, top left corner and add existing images to the software the sliders should then work once you select the any of the icons on the right side of the software page. Perhaps give that a try before downloading a fresh version to install. 

Additionally I've received reasonably prompt responses from their support via email so perhaps give them another prompt by email and give them a day or so to respond.

I’m using it, and without problems. Maybe try a re-install?
