Jennie Posted July 5 Share #1 Posted July 5 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi – My Leica focus NO longer works. I can't get it to work in auto mode and manual mode. I have verified that it is NOT on macro mode. I have re-installed the software. Not sure what to do next. HAs anyone had this problem? Have you found a solution? jaapv Posted July 6 Share #2 Posted July 6 Welcome. If you are sure that you have all settings right there is little that we can do. Contact your dealer or Leica BTW how did you reinstall the software? The camera will only install newer software than it has. LocalHero1953 Posted July 6 Share #3 Posted July 6 (edited) In AF, does it try to focus but hunt? Does it focus on the wrong thing? Or does it just not attempt to focus. Have you set AFc, AFs or iAF? Does changing focus from Field to Zone to Spot etc make a difference? In MF, does turning the ring make anything happen at all?
