She has already had several cameras, but yesterday she got her first Leica camera, a nicely used V-Lux 40. We went out to try it out. The light was nice with saturated colors (just before the rain). I took many pictures of the proud photographer and it was difficult to choose just one or two. I don't want to flood existing threads, so I'll rather create a new one. All photos were taken with an M10 and 50mm Summilux pre-ASPH v3 at f/2. Welcome, dear visitor! I just brought my grandson into the Leica world with my old Leicaflex SL w/28 elmarit. He's used several digital camera's in the past - but I'm letting him try film for a while. That's a big step for him - he now has only 36 shots. I have a lot of old Fuji Press color film that's been chilling in my basement fridge for years.
