I have just try following: replacing OWC 512GB card with a SanDisk Professional Pro 64GB (the highest capacity that I have) popping battery out for a moment (whilst camera power is off) inserting battery in and switching camera on I can see tiny of a fraction of a second same message ‘No memory card, Please insert memory card’ message. So, this indicates to me that it is not OWC card generating this message, but something else. Maybe you did this, but empty both slots and then insert one at a time with Sandisk, perhaps. Turn on camera after each insert to see how it works.
