Leicalifer Posted June 7 Share #2 Posted June 7 I use two pocket wizards, one on the camera in the hot shoe and the other on the power pack connected with a short cable to the rf port.
ynp Posted June 7 Share #3 Posted June 7 (edited) Any Chinese one pin transceiver will work well. One to the camera and one to the pack (generator) through a cord. I use the Yongnuo. ynp Posted June 7 Share #4 Posted June 7 Another way to connect your camera to the generator is a sync cord. I use a 5 meter red Broncolor cord to a hotshoe adapter. Mine is made by Kaiser many years ago. Actually, I prefer the cord over the radio transmitters because the transmitter lasts about two hours on a set of fresh batteries. The cord is power independent. I have seen many other sync adapters over the years, but my Kaiser is still working. https://www.camerahouse.com.au/promaster-hot-shoe-pc-sync-adapter?srsltid=AfmBOorAuZM8grikyTZPwimaVMIbKMQI7NsrTaen5G9BVnR45MTqTWZ-

Is there an optical slave receiver? Then a small on camera flash can trigger the generator. I haven’t seen the old IRS (infrared) triggers anywhere for decades. yevgeny Edited June 7 by ynp
John McMaster Posted June 7 Author Share #9 Posted June 7 Rather lacking in on-camera flashes 😉 Was wondering if it was a flash slave or IR... john

I cannot confirm that myself because I am not familiar with the Pulso. yevgeny
