Torpille Posted May 20 Share #1 Posted May 20 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) This only happens with the TL 18 a f/5.6 f/8. No problems with my other TL lenses TL firmware updated to 2.4 The TL 18 works perfectly with my other CL SL sl2-s bodies. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear from you. Welcome, dear visitor! Advertisement Posted May 20 Posted May 20 Hi Torpille, Take a look here Does anyone know of this problem with the Leica TL and TL 18mm?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
KitW Posted May 20 Share #2 Posted May 20 I'm being dim. Is your image a test image and the lens is somehow off centre?
Torpille Posted May 21 Author Share #3 Posted May 21 No, this is not a test image. It's the image that comes out of the Leica TL body when the TL 18mm is mounted on it at F8. 🧐
NigelG Posted May 21 Share #4 Posted May 21 I think this came up before…a kind of Looney Tunes logo effect. I might have seen it once on my TL2 with the 11-23 but I can’t recall the circumstances and how/when it went away…
NigelG Posted May 21 Share #5 Posted May 21 Found it!
jaapv Posted May 21 Share #6 Posted May 21 I think that an electronic component in the vignette correction chain is the culprit.
