Probably a non issue but do you find there is any internal colour transfer from the inside of the case to the leather of the M11 Safari?

Not as of now. It’s lined with a suede like material. I’ll keep an eye out, hopefully not

A matching colour bag for m11p safari from PD even with congac leather accent.

I stared at this picture for a minute or so and still couldn't find where you focused on.

Special effect of noctilux 0.95 wide open doing a close focus using a helicoid adapter. 😅

That's very strange for the M11.  The battery life on my M11 Mono is in the region of 500-600.  I rarely use live view and the back screen is off most of the time.  Perhaps that's the reason?

It seems like there might be an issue with either the battery or my camera itself. It heats up quickly, and at one point, it even shut down unexpectedly, displaying a "battery empty" warning despite still having 90% charge. Normally, I take around 50 shots per outing and often return with 60–70% battery remaining. To conserve power, I have preview turned off and manually switch off the camera after every shot, since I find its wake-up time slower than the initial startup.

Noctilux 0.95 with so much CA? Not the norm.

I thought Noctilux 0.95 is the king of CA. 😅

Definitely the norm. Especially wide open and close in. Other *Noctiluxes* are better but the 50mm is a CA monster.

Even the new CV 50mm 1.0 is better in this regard. Actually any regard.
