I have been offered a second hand M11 silver at a very good price, so probably going to go with that. There is an outside chance I might get the new Safari M11-P, just about to be released. I have done more stupid impulse things in the past

I’m waiting for the M11v if it ever shows as it will hopefully have some newer technology to move the M digital forward . The Safari M11p is probably the best looking of the M11 series hopefully we will all see it tomorrow if the rumours are true.😉

The M11V doesn’t interest me in the slightest, unless it has a hybrid OVF/EVF. If it drops the mechanical rangefinder then it’s just a digital camera without AF !!!!!

I so disliked Leica getting rid of the bottom plate, the flashing green light does make up for it somewhat  never say I am shallow

Well done on getting your Leica M11 !! . You got a great deal there as it will come with the 2 years warranty as well. There aren’t many demo cameras out there for sale.

FYI - the said M11-P arrived yesterday as a trade for an unmentioned prior M digital with MBP UK. Seems to be mint as advertised. I can confirm it won’t be reappearing on MBP anytime soon !

i like the silver and the red dot, but on the other hand also like the stealth. In terms of features not sure anything interests me but the M11-P is a newer model.

what would you guys do ?

 

Def the p! 256 gig and sapphire screen sealed it for me. 
I just saw you went with the m11. Either way both are great but I never use a memory card now.
