Hello, can anyone tell me what could be causing this?

I've never had this problem with my Leica before.
Firmware is 3.0, memory card: Sandisk Extreme Pro 256 GB (300 MB/s).
1. Image is a DNG, preview works, but the DNG itself is defective. The setting was to shoot JPG+DNG, and the JPG file is fine.
2. Image is a JPG, preview doesn't work (not even in the camera), and the setting was to shoot JPG only.
A total of about 1,600 images were shot in 3 hours that day, mostly JPG, sometimes 2 images per second.
The memory card was only about 25% full afterward the photosession.

What do you think could be causing this?
I had a similar problem with an Olympus-Cam before a few years ago, and the shutter quickly broke afterward.
Or does this indicate a memory card defect — even though the card was formatted directly before shooting?
Or simply something that can happen from time to time, without any obvious reason?

Yes, I formatted the card always in camera. Also readout via USB in camera.
A few months ago, I had a problem where my Leica 2x would freeze while writing data (4 p/s) – perhaps it's actually the card.
I have a second card, also new, but never used, then this shouldn't happen again after changing - I'll try.

Thanks a lot for your tips!
