Nedward Posted April 24 Share #1 Posted April 24 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi all, I'm travelling on business next week and will end up with two days to spare in Washington DC. Researching the web, there seems to be very little of a street photography scene in DC, can you recommend anything there specifically. Obviously I know there is the monuments there but a few pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Noel

Le Chef Posted April 24 Share #2 Posted April 24 Simply use your feet and walk! Anywhere along Constitution Ave is full of people to watch. You might also capture anything from great architecture to amazing sunsets. I could have taken My Q3 but chose to have lightness and flexibility of a zoom, so took my old D-Lux 109. You can see some of those images on the D-Lux forum.
agfa100 Posted April 24 Share #3 Posted April 24 I usually go down to the National Gallery of Art West & East Bldg. This is the moveable walkway between the east and west wing bldg. it's closed for renovations right now (sorry about teasing you). But there is a lot to shot in dc. Welcome, dear visitor!
