Hi all, I have a weird issue with my Q3 28. It's on the latest firmware (3.0.0) and using a SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-II SD Card

Oftentimes, when I turn the camera on, it will start up as normal and display the scene as well as focus boxes. Focus seems to work, too.

But if I press the shutter down, absolutely nothing happens.

I end up needing to turn the camera off and then back on again, and usually it will start with no problems.

I searched this forum and haven't seen any similar reports, so I wondered if people might have any recommendations. The SD Card seems to be the usual culprit but I figured a UHS-II SD Card would be just fine.

Would be grateful for any input!

It is likely to be the card. I suggest you format it in-camera and do not use it in any other camera.

If this fails, I would try a different card.

Thank you. I do format in-camera and only use it with this camera. The issue only started in the past few months, so it's possible the card somehow developed an issue.

First clean the contacts. Put a small amount of contact spray on the contacts of the card and insert it a few times
