Moke Posted April 3 Share #1 Posted April 3 Advertisement (gone after registration) With the IR 72 filter in place which is visually opaque composing the shot can be hard. I just bought a "TTArtisan 28mm VIewfinder" (circa50 euros) it works perfectly. And easy composition. Advice, put a strip of insulating tape on the bottom of the mounting shoe. Advertisement Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Hi Moke, Take a look here Infrared with Q2.. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted April 3 Share #2 Posted April 3 An M camera is better; no problems with the viewfinder and the extra-thin IR filter on the sensor admits more IR light
Moke Posted April 3 Author Share #3 Posted April 3 The viewfinder is cheaper than an M camera. The Q2 is what I prefer for my needs. But thanks.
