Popular Post Tobers Posted March 29 Popular Post Share #1 Posted March 29 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Trees are one of 12 themes on a long term (17 years!) project I'm working on. It is comprised of monochrome images of the Isle of Skye. I've recently been seeking out lone trees, which are very evocative of solitude, isolation and resilience. This has involved a lot of exploring on the island which I enjoy immensely. Let's say it is a target-rich environment. Here are a few samples for you with varying degrees of creativity - please let me know what you think. #1 on limestone with distant mountains Welcome, dear visitor! Filip Baraka Posted April 20 Share #5 Posted April 20 Great work, 1, 4, and 6 are my favorites. Defiant life in a desolate landscape.
Dazzajl Posted April 20 Share #6 Posted April 20 I really like all the images but it’s the mix of styles and feelings that make the set even stronger than the sum of the individual photos.
