Greetings! New user here and have some questions about a purchase / repair

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

My name is Binnie currently based in Cork, Ireland.

I just signed up to the forum with intention on gathering information on the following: 

1. I would like some advice on a purchase. This camera https://www.adverts.ie/film-cameras/leica-m6/25377521 is being offered for special price of 2,250e but it has the issue where film advance is very stiff at 1/1000 shutter speed. Is the price iam being offered a good price?

2. I would like to know how difficult it would be to perform the fix by myself? I have some good experience fixing laptop power sockets, LCD bulb screen replacements,  BASIC component level repairs, etc. And of course i will order the Leica wrenches, the correct oil, and all other basic tools i already have. Do you think someone with my skill level can perform the fix? Like when i look at the video on YT for removing the top plate, i would have no problem performing this task without any worry.

3. Would a complete CLA include the fix for the film advance issue? How much does CLA cost these days? The last CLA for this camera was performed back in 2019. Should i just send it in for CLA vs trying to fix it myself?

If you have to ask don’t attempt DIY. A power socket is not mechanical precision gear.
