I find the Pesk Design 10L sling bag ideal for my Q3 and anything else I need to carry. It is very comfortable. It might sound too large, but it is not so in my experience.

Original Q, Hawksmill wrist strap, Billingham Hadley Small bag. I’m not sure there are any bad choices reading all of the above, but I love this old school practicality and look. Each to their own - enjoy!

FWIW, although I have stated in other posts about my preference for the Leica nylon strap and  use those for all my cameras, I did see a strap on a camera yesterday that I think MIGHT be a decent replacement due to its minimal profile - the Oberworth Mosel.  It is about the same dimensions as the Leica nylon strap and, being very soft leather, is almost as flexible/unobtrusive.  Also, although I never thought about this, it has some steel wire in the strap that makes a thief cutting it with a razor knife very difficult/impossible.  I could see using such a strap if I didn't have several of the Leica nylon straps though whether it's worth around 200 USD (per the camera owner), (😱 ) would have to be considered first! ;)

Specifically the Leica 14312.  Many, many discussions here regarding it and others, easily searched.  I also use it on all my M bodies (but not for my SL2, for practical reasons).

Have the same bag, a little worse for wear as it’s 25 years old.  But fits my Q, lllf and accessories perfectly.

When I carried my M camera/lenses I used a Domke FX5B.  With my Q2, and now Q3, I don't use a camera bag, just carry the camera.  To me that's one of the huge advantages of the Qs - no need to carry additional lenses/gear.

Billingham Hadley Small and a peak design leash and cuff strap. I have used Billingham bags for the last 40 years or so and have various sizes. The Hadley small is great for every day use and easily fits the Q2 Monochrom along with spare battery filters, Sony RX100vii, wallet, water bottle etc. I like the peak design strap as I can adjust it either have camera slung in from of me at wait or chest height or over my sholder and chest. very versatile
