Custom settings to Fn, thumb wheel and centre buttons are not retained in user profiles

Having set up the custom settings to have a few menu items each in the Fn1, Fn2, thumbwheel and centre buttons while in a standard profile ( not the default profile), I find that they are not retained under the manage profiles tab for each individual profile..Also, the favourites selection disappears and the star disappears from the menu page selection?

Any suggestions?

I have a Q2 rather than a Q3 but my profiles have always worked, as long as I save them each time I make a change. What’s your approach to setting up a profile? Are any other parameters not retained?

Did you 'save' the profile after setting it up? (Menu>User Profile>Manage Profiles>Save As Profile, then select the profile you want it saved as)

May I ask you which version of the user manual you have?
