Latest Q3 Shipments No Battery Charger?

Just my 2 cents of observations.

You are saying the battery can’t be charged showing some error message but it can power the camera to shoot 8K video?

it doesn’t sound logical to me

You can charge with a power bank using the USB-C connection. The best option is probably the dual charger which you can use to charge 2 batteries when you are stationery and then have one 'on the boil' in your bag when you are on the go using a battery in the camera. There are a number of other options. Including a lead with a plug in boxes for different markets is also messy as electric plugs are not universal and this is unlikely to change in the near future. The USB C is on its way to becoming universal. 

Phones are also going the same way e.g. Apple, where you don't receive a plug in the box for the phone

My  Q3 was also one of the last ones with a separate mains charger. Ironically I didn't really need it, because the charger is identical to the one supplied with my SL2. I've also got one of the later (more powerful) "intelligent" mains/usb C fast chargers that I bought for my Samsung tablet (which also didn't come with its own) and which I think works with the Q3.
