Advertisement Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Hi Pigmalion, Take a look here Painting with a Leica. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Guest stnami Posted August 28, 2006 Share #2 Posted August 28, 2006 Nice but somewhat one dimensional and unresolved as far as intent is concerned. Your macro work shows a lot more depth and visual organisation and streets ahead in terms of colour
TimF Posted August 28, 2006 Share #3 Posted August 28, 2006 I tried that once, but the bristles kept falling off. ;)

erl Posted August 28, 2006 Share #5 Posted August 28, 2006 Pygmalion, Your 'painting' is quite different from my style, but I did enjoy it. Agree with Imants(Stnami) in that your macro work is exeptionally good and of more interest. Cheers, Erl
mark_a_h Posted August 28, 2006 Share #6 Posted August 28, 2006 I like them all. Especially the ones where the dark adds drama. It must be difficult to capture colours other than green.

roberth Posted August 28, 2006 Share #10 Posted August 28, 2006 nice work but there are only so many streaks of light I can look at. I must say though that your macro work is very inspiring.
Pigmalion Posted August 29, 2006 Author Share #11 Posted August 29, 2006 Thank you guys! I am pleased you like these experiments. I am always searching new possibilities to bring nature in the picture. And I know not all of these pictures are perhaps of the same quality. I am still searching and trying what is possible. I myself like most the pictures with the threes rising up. And especially the dark ones.
