Hello friends!  I am writing through a translator, I apologize for the punctuation.  Question, the leica m 9 titanium camera is on sale, priced at $25,000.  How relevant is the price for it, taking into account the future corrosion of the sensor, which is no longer being replaced and the general technical lag in comparison with the modern model?

I have no idea what people are paying for this edition as a collectible, the last known prices vary widely  https://collectiblend.com/Cameras/Leitz/M9-Titan.html , but as the standard edition is selling for one tenth of the price my opinion is that it falls in the category of a fool and his money are soon parted.
If you want to actually use the camera -and your sensor remark suggests it- there are far more practical options out there. However if the sensor has been replaced by Leica for the second version it will not corrode.

OTOH service for this camera is limited to the availability of spares by now.

The fact is that the person selling this camera does not understand photography at all, according to him.  They gave it to him.  I think the price is being discussed and is somewhere in the range of 13,000-17,000.  But this is only if the sensor can be replaced.  At the moment, is it possible to replace the sensor in third-party companies?

Yes Kolari is supposed to be able to replace the cover glass but that would impact the value significantly. And some other parts cannot be replaced at all.

Thanks a lot for this hint! My Monochrom sensor is full of corrosion, I will send it to them
