Tropical Kingbird

I think this is a tropical kingbird, which would make it a rare visitor in the California coast. Western and Cassin's kingbirds are more common around here, but the tail is not black (western kingbird) and the head and breast are not that dark gray (Cassin's).

I wonder how you can get the perfect focus with that lens and a mobilie target.

 

Lots of patience and practice, some skill, and most of all, plenty of memory cards. :D
