Images not loading.

I twice tried to open a new discussion in People in the Photo Forum. The images showed as I set up the posts, but when I filed the posts, no images showed up. I've never had this problem before. What's gone wrong?

ps: The two posts are titled "Day of the Dead" and "Austin, Texas, celebration of the Day of the Dead."

There was an "manage attachments" button on "Day of the Dead" post. When I clicked on it, I got a notation showing the slugs of the photos I tried to upload and then it said, "No locations to display. The content may not have been saved yet or may have been deleted."
