Where has menu setting for joystick magnification on Leica SL gone after firmware upgrade?

The original manual of the SL mentions menu settings for focus aid and subsequent assigning magnification to BL button (joystick) with toggle to 4 and 6 times. However on my Leica SL, after the latest firmware upgrade, this function is no longer available in this particular menu. Have I gone crazy or has this function indeed moved to another submenu?

The BL button on the SL 601 is not the joystick - it's the Bottom Left button next to the rear screen. It's hard-wired that way.

That is, the SL's magnification feature is hard-wired that way, so a short squeeze on the BL zooms in.

Yes, but on my SL typ601 you can set the joystick to zoom in, the OP is saying it used to do that until the update. Apparently the same as update 6.0 on the SL2-S which upset so many people.

I have not updated the firmware to the latest and own both and use the joystick on both for mf magnification.
