Around 12 Mbytes for the L1 Raw files and near 15 Mbytes for the Digilux3 Raw files.

 

20 MB for a raw photo on my D-lux 3. jpg vary significantly depending on the shot, 2 to 4+ MB (all at 10mp 16x9 setting).

My L1 RAW files are 14,34MB

15.041.536 bytes in the most of the cases and 15.263.744 in one of them in the last shots for the Digilux3, the 12 Mbyte figure as informed by another user for the L1, I don't have one.
