stephenmick Posted October 1, 2024 Share #4 Posted October 1, 2024 I think what we have here is a classic "Barnack's Cat" situation. It's like Schrödinger's Cat, except with less radioactivity and the box has a Leica in it.
Npod Posted October 1, 2024 Share #5 Posted October 1, 2024 It was suggested that I repost these images of my Q3 43 with patina treated Leica brass accessories and the wireless charging grip. The bag is a Billingham Hadley Pro Small in grey. Note: I had posted theee images prior in the Q3 43 image thread, but that was not the best place to showcase images “of” the camera instead of “by” the camera. Also, the brass treatment employed Birchwood, Casey Super Blue, and a tincture of liver of sulfur mixture. Welcome, dear visitor! Likaleica Posted October 3, 2024 Author Share #10 Posted October 3, 2024 Received my Alphagvrd skin today, mostly to protect the metal finish. Paint wear can look good on brass, but I don't like it when the underlying aluminum gets exposed. Plus I like to protect my cameras so I thought I'd give this a try. Also covered the grey leatherette with black. Very good fit, easy to apply. Yet to see how it holds up. Welcome, dear visitor!
