One more note, you'll still run into issues with a mechanical shutter. Most of us will remember seeing movies where television screens have rolling black lines. Those appeared because the display on a CRT television wasn't synchronized with a movie camera's mechanical shutter. You could buy/rent a device that would synchronize video to a movie camera's motor, but they were mostly used on bigger budget scripted films.

just to give some last examples with electronic shutter + SL3

1/160 sec ISO 1250 f1.8 (Sigma 135mm)

At 1/160 you can probably still get with some keepers but at 1/250 the images cannot be delivered to any client...
