Hi everyone, i a bit of lost, i just bought a Q3 and i m having difficulties in setting up my Q3 to shoot in a Auto  but pro photos

First read the manual. Pro photos??? Do you mean optimal quality? All auto will not help you, on the contrary.

Set your Aperture ring to "A" and do the same with your shutter speed dial, and you are effectively in "auto" mode. You can also set your ISO to Auto. As far as pro photos, do you mean the color profile as in Adobe ProPhoto? I've not found a color profile choice for recording images on any of the Leica's I've owned, but you can certainly set the profile on import in whatever processing software you use (usually).
