When charging batteries (Leica), the green light flashes on and off ..... and does not change. The battery is charging but never seems to indicate Fully Charged. Any ideas? Stephen Higher capacity ones. One I got in the camera box and a second I bought on the same day. The good news is they do charge and show all bars being filled.
