If not, you can set it that way to change the crop lines. +1 And there are good practical reasons for setting the crop in camera rather than in post: AF and AE work only within the crop rectangle, so if you are only interested in the central part of the scene, use the frame to expose and focus only there. Consider the digital zoom as an exposure and focus tool rather than as a crop tool (unless you only want JPGs). To the OP: I suggest you read the manual, which can be downloaded if you have bought the Q2 without one.
