PMendes Posted December 17, 2007 Share #3 Posted December 17, 2007 Peter This is a great shot, with vibrant colors and a nice bokeh. I really appreciate the saturation of the reds, because I never get reds like these. I really have a problem with the colors of the Web. Congratulations Pedro
stuny Posted December 17, 2007 Share #4 Posted December 17, 2007 Peter - I agree with Pedro, and really like the rich saturation of the red and yellow-orange.

psquared Posted December 18, 2007 Author Share #7 Posted December 18, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Gunnar, Pedro, Stuart, Henri, and Haim, Thank you all for such compliments. Pedro, Maybe it's the raw converter. I'm sure you also make sure that the red channel is not blown when you take your picture. I use Capture One 4 Beta 2 to convert the DNG file into the DCam4 J. Holmes colorspace, which has a wide gamut. Of course, I finetune the white balance until I achieve what I like before I convert the raw file. Then, it's a matter of converting to sRGB for web posting in PS CS2 (haven't upgraded yet). Peter
