klaush Posted December 13, 2007 Share #2  Posted December 13, 2007 John, that´s what I am searching for, too. But without success. Only option I found out: sell the 4/135 and buy the 2.8/135.  Klaus

Any ideas?  TEWE finder... not rare to be found on ebay or specialized shops... I thought to buy one some month ago... before to realize that with 135 on M8 is better to get accustomed, guesing the correct framing that is "halfway" between 90 & RF window
johnastovall Posted December 13, 2007 Author Share #4 Â Posted December 13, 2007 It looks like the TEWE is the way to go. I was sent a link to this thread in the digital forum about using it with the 134 APO on an M8.
dkCambridgeshire Posted December 15, 2007 Share #5  Posted December 15, 2007 Here is a link which will calculate the angles of view of lenses http://www.tawbaware.com/maxlyons/calc.htm  It should be possible to make a viewfinder frame in a cardboard cutout to correspond to the angles ... and experiment with it at different distances from the eye to give the right angle eg for a 180mm lens :  Horizontal 11.4 degrees Vertical 7.6 degrees Diagonal 13.7 degrees  ... ie from either side of the centre of the field :  H 5.7 degrees V 3.8 degrees D 6.85 degrees  dunk
