IXMOO canister doesn't fit to my M3

I'm thinking about switching to IXMOO canisters for my bulk loading.
I wanted to check them out before buying any, so I tried one from a friend.
What a surprise, my M3 (DS 57) is too narrow. the borrowed one fits exactly in my MD-2
and also in an SS.
OK, there were two stickers on the cassette and I can't see any signs of damage
on my DS.

Any idea?

IXMOO works great in both my '55 DS and '60 SS.

Asking the obvious: are you sure it’s a IXMOO and not a FILCA? Though I think the difference is length not width

Edit: rereading the OP, I can’t see how my suggestion could be the cause.

Iam shure its an IXMOO.
I checked Length, position of the filmgate, silver pin and stamping.
May be the canister is not real round and my camera is a little thight
but its a pitty to buy an IXMOO blind for try and error.
