Advertisement (gone after registration)

How do I get rid of advertisments? I pay my subscription every year, but they never disappear, and I'm getting fed up of being informed in every single thread that the Q3 is available for pre-order! Messages to LUF Admin go unread.....

They should disappear for Subscribers. 

There used to be the option to choose different “looks” one of which was ad free. I’ll have a look when I’m next at my desk  

@LUF Admin should be able to advise.

I think the issue is that my status is 'Member' rather than 'Premium Member'. But I've paid for membership every year since 2015. I had issues in the past and they were supposed to have been fixed, but the problem doesn't disappear
